Worth knowing before you tour: not every home at The Pines is a townhome. The outer ring of the neighborhood is two-story townhomes, and the center buildings are large single-level homes, one up and one down. Both are three bedrooms, both have their own garage, and people choose between them for real reasons — stairs, mostly. We would rather tell you that now than have you find out on the walk-through.
