The Pines is two kinds of home in one neighborhood. The outer ring is two-story townhomes. The center buildings are single-level homes, one upstairs and one down, and for a lot of people they are the reason to look here.
What single-level means here
A single-level home has its living space on one floor, so there are no interior stairs inside the home. In the center buildings one home sits on the ground level and another above it, each a complete home on a single level. People choose them for real reasons, mostly stairs: knees, a stroller, a plan to stay in one place for a while.
They come with everything the townhomes have, an attached garage, a washer and dryer in the home, central air, a gas fireplace and a private balcony, deck or patio. The difference is the floor plan, not the finish.
Townhome or single-level
The two-story townhomes give you bedrooms upstairs and living space down, the layout most people picture. The single-level homes trade the stairs for a flatter footprint. Both have three bedrooms in most plans, and both have the garage with a door straight into the home. Say which you want when you call, since they open up at different times.
